The Recruitment days is a free two-day careers event during the world’s leading wind energy trade fair and connects students, recent graduates and job seekers with leading employers from across the wind energy sector.

Students and graduates will have the opportunity to:
- Meet employers from across the wind energy value chain;
- Explore internships, graduate programmes and current job openings.
- Attend career-focused presentations from industry experts;
- Gain insights into skills and career pathways in the renewable energy sector;
- Build professional networks and connect directly with recruiters.
A Career Happy Hour on Thursday 24 September (17:30–19:00) will also provide an informal opportunity for participants to meet employers and industry professionals.
As part of the event, WindEurope will contribute to the programme through careers and skills-focused activities and will launch the WindEurope Careers Hub, a new platform helping students and graduates explore opportunities and pathways into the wind energy sector.
The wind industry offers career opportunities across a wide range of disciplines, including engineering, business, digital technologies, environmental sciences, communications, logistics and finance.
